Billing & Subscriptions

Supported Payment Methods

A billing guide detailing how to complete SaaS checkout with Razorpay (cards, UPI, netbanking), and how custom agency projects are invoiced separately.

EasyDev supports online payments for immediate SaaS plan activations via Razorpay. This guide walks you through completing checkout.

1. Online Checkout via Razorpay

Razorpay is the standard gateway for immediate online activations.

Step-by-Step Checkout:

  1. Choose a SaaS product plan on the pricing page.
  2. In the Checkout Form, enter your Billing Name, Contact Email, and Mobile Number.
  3. Select Razorpay (UPI / Cards / Netbanking) as your payment method.
  4. Click Proceed to Payment.
  5. The secure Razorpay popup modal will open. Select your preferred method:
    • UPI: Enter your VPA handle (e.g., user@upi) or scan the displayed dynamic QR code using your payment app (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm).
    • Cards: Enter Credit or Debit card details. We support Visa, Mastercard, RuPay, and American Express.
    • Netbanking: Log in to your bank portal (supporting SBI, HDFC, ICICI, Axis, etc.).
  6. Complete the authorization (OTP verification).
  7. Once verified, the modal closes and redirects you to the Success screen. Your subscription is activated instantly.

2. Custom Agency Projects: Invoicing Outside Checkout

Custom agency engagements (not SaaS subscriptions) are scoped and invoiced directly rather than run through the self-service checkout — see the Custom Scoping guide for how that process works. If your company needs a formal invoice or purchase-order process for a custom project, mention it during scoping and we'll work out billing directly with you.

3. Frequently Asked Questions (Payment Methods)

  • Q: Can I change my default credit card for auto-renewal charges?
    • A: Yes — see Managing Your Saved Payment Cards for how a card gets saved and how to set a different one as default.
  • Q: What happens if my auto-renewal charge fails?
    • A: Razorpay will retry the charge up to 3 times, roughly a day apart. During this window, your subscription shows as past due but stays active. If all retries fail, the subscription is marked expired and auto-replies are paused until you update your payment method and resubscribe. See What to Do When a Payment Fails for the full recovery steps.
  • Q: Do you accept coupon or promo codes?
    • A: Yes, at checkout — see Using Coupon & Promo Codes.
